Overview
ClientEvidence for Agencies is operated by Radom UG. The app helps Shopify merchants and agencies generate a read-only store readiness evidence pack for agency handoffs, launch reviews, and client meetings. The app does not change orders, customers, products, checkout, markets, tax settings, privacy settings, themes, or store configuration.
Data We Process
ClientEvidence for Agencies reads Shopify store configuration, products, markets, themes, legal policies, privacy settings, content pages, and script tags to generate a readiness evidence pack. The app also reads the shop domain, Shopify OAuth/session information, Shopify billing status, public storefront HTML, generated finding rows, export activity, and support messages. The app does not request write scopes and does not read customer or order data in v1.
How We Use Data
We use this data to authenticate the merchant, scan available store readiness signals, identify factual evidence such as detected policies or external storefront domains, generate CSV exports, operate billing through Shopify, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Storage and Retention
Shopify session data is stored securely for app authentication. Evidence exports are generated for the installed store and are not legal, tax, privacy, security, or regulatory advice. We retain operational data only as long as needed to provide and support the app, unless a longer period is required by law.
Sharing
We do not sell merchant data. We use Shopify APIs and infrastructure providers needed to host and operate the app. App subscription billing is handled through Shopify Billing.
Merchant Choices
Merchants can uninstall the app from Shopify Admin at any time. To ask about data access, correction, or deletion, contact support@konverter-pro.de.
