Service

ClientEvidence for Agencies provides a read-only Shopify store readiness evidence workflow for merchants, in-house teams, agency operators, and store owners. The service provides factual readiness observations from available Shopify data and public storefront checks. It does not guarantee compliance, revenue performance, tracking accuracy, legal readiness, tax readiness, privacy readiness, or security posture.

Merchant Responsibility

Merchants and agencies are responsible for reviewing evidence pack results, confirming store setup with appropriate stakeholders, and deciding whether to make operational, legal, tax, privacy, security, or marketing changes.

Evidence Packs

Findings are based on Shopify data, granted app scopes, public storefront checks, and generated report logic. Findings use factual wording such as detected, not detected, unable to verify, and recommended review. They are not compliance certification or professional advice.

Billing

App subscription billing is handled through Shopify Billing. Trial, subscription, cancellation, and charge details are shown by Shopify before a merchant approves a plan.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available and useful, but the service may change as Shopify APIs, marketplace requirements, and readiness signals evolve.
